CLAIMS

We know you have better things to spend your time with, so we keep everything simple for you which includes claiming. Just follow the steps below and claim coordinator will do the rest for you.

Claiming Process

  1. Fill up the insurance claim form.
  2. Complete all the requirements.
  3. Email the documents at rjuco@iprotectinsurance.com.ph
  4. You will receive a confirmation from us that your claim is now on process
  5. Our claim coordinator will update you regarding to the status of your claim and will advice you if your claim has been approved.

Primary Requirements for Claim

  1. Police report / Notarized affidavit
  2. Copy of Insurance policy
  3. Copy of official receipt and certificate of registration
  4. Copy of Driver’s license
  5. Pictures showing the damaged portion of the vehicle and with plate number front and back
  6. Repair estimate from accredited car dealership or motor shop

Personal Accident / Death Claim Requirements

  5. COPY OF MARRIAGE CONTRACT
  6. COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  7. DEATH CERTIFICATE

Theft / Carnap Claim Requirements

  1. Primary requirements
  2. Complain sheet of PNP
  3. Alarm sheet of PNP
  4. Certificate of Non-Recovery (to be secured from TGP after 60 days from the date of loss
  5. Car Keys

Third Party Liability Claim (CTPL)

  1. Primary Requirements
  2. Hospital Billing or Statement of Account
  3. Medical Receipts
  4. Medical Certificate
